I tried arya.fyi for managing our pipeline, it just ended up making things harder for us. Deals weren’t easy to track, the updates felt kind of clunky, and my team kept losing track of where things actually were in the flow.

Maybe it works better for other teams, but for us it felt more confusing than helpful. I gave it a short run, then decided to go back to our old setup because it was just easier to work with

Arya.fyi works okay with our ATS, but the setup took longer than I thought it would. Some profiles sync just fine, fine, but others still need manual checking, which gets annoying after a while. When everything works, it definitely saves time, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth yet. Support was decent though, decent enough to help us get through the main issues.

Getting everything set up took more effort than I expected, and I spent a decent amount of time waiting to hear back from support. It did come together eventually, but the first impression could’ve been better

I tried using arya.fyi and, i got frustrated quickly. The layout wasn’t very clear to me, and I kept clicking around trying to figure out where I was supposed to go. Maybe other people will have a better time with it, but it just didn’t feel easy to use for me.

I gave Arya a try for the training materials, but my experience wasn’t great. A few sections felt unclear to me, and I found myself guessing what I was supposed to do next instead of feeling guided through it. I also wished there was more detail in some places. Maybe other people find it useful, but for me personally, it ended up feeling more frustrating than helpful.

For some roles, I found a decent number of good options, while for others there just wasn’t as much to work with. It’s helpful, but I’m not sure it’s quite there yet for every type of search.

I barely found any diverse candidates using it. The filters felt off, off enough that I kept having to redo searches, and it wasted a lot of my time.

I tried the AI picks, but they felt off for what I needed. Maybe it just wasn’t a great match for my situation, though, so I wouldn’t say it’s totally useless

I had a rough experience with arya support. I reached out for help and ended up waiting way longer than expected just to get a reply. When someone finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and didn’t actually solve the issue. I also felt like I got stuck in a support loop, where I kept having to explain the same problem without getting anywhere. I understand support teams can be busy, but the whole thing was really frustrating.

The layout felt messy to me, and there were confusing buttons all over the place, haha. It took me longer than expected to figure out where everything was.

I did get some value out of Arya, so I wouldn’t say it was a total waste. It saved me a bit of time here and there and helped with a few tasks. But the timing wasn’t great for me, by the time I really needed it, I’d already handled a lot of the work myself, so it felt like it showed up a little too late to make a big difference. For the price, I expected more. Maybe if you’re using it every day it makes more sense, but for my situation it was just okay. Not bad, just not amazing.

I did end up saving a little, but it mostly felt like a waste of my time. I don’t mind putting in some effort if the value is really there, but it should feel fair to the customer. In this case, the payoff just didn’t match the hassle, and that left me disappointed.

I’m not sure what was going on here?? Most of the profiles felt random and didn’t really match the role we were hiring for. We ended up spending way too much time sorting through people who clearly didn’t fit even our basic needs

I’ve used Arya a handful of times now, it’s been okay for the most part. When it loads properly, it does what I need and I don’t really have any complaints. BUT THEN OUT OF NOWHERE it’ll just hang or take forever to open a page, which gets frustrating fast. There was one time I couldn’t get in at all for a while, right when I only needed to check something quickly. So yeah, not a bad site, just not something I’d call super reliable yet. If they sort out the random slowdowns, I’d probably rate it higher

Most of the emails I got were actually correct, which was nice. There were a few wrong ones here and there, so it wasn’t perfect. But for the most part it did the job. Then suddenly, yeah, those bad emails were annoying when I hit them.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t really buy into all the polished company wording around it, because that stuff always sounds too perfect. But after using it, it’s actually useful for what I paid. It’s not flawless, and there are a few little things I’d change, but overall I feel like I got my money’s worth...

For a basic service, I think it should be easier to understand upfront. It just didn’t feel very clear or fair the way it was presented
